About to bleed & my body is showing it!
This time of the month (my pre-moon) or PMS week is challenging, mentally and physically.
I have less energy to give externally but more of a need to rest & receive internally.
Food cravings, bloating, detoxifying, irritability, anxiousness, fluctuating emotions etc.
It's all lil signals coming from my body to RIDE WIT IT.
So I give myself space to eat pizza & cry to Twlightlight, have heart-2-heart convos with my bf, slowwwwww down, & adapt my workouts as I feel this week.
